Making a Purchase:
We accept credit card payments which are processed securely via Worldpay. In some cases we may email you for further details including information relative to your credit card.

We accept Visa/Mastercard, debit card, cash and cheque payments.

Shipping and Handling:
We presently ship to many countries across the world. For countries other than the UK we will always need to contact you to finalise payment and shipping details. Delivery Schedule:
We will endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 working days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. 24 hour UK delivery is available.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Complaints and Returns:
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, we offer a 7 day cancellation period. This means that as a consumer using CD-writer.com Ltd you have the right to return your goods or cancel your order within 7 days of making the transaction. This offer is subject to goods being non-perishable and being returned to CD-writer.com Ltd in the condition that they were received. All goods are covered by a standard return to base warranty. In the event of a product requiring repair or replacement, all incurred carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Guarantee:
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 we operate a full 7 day satisfaction guarantee, in the UK. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it(*), in as supplied condition, within 7 days to receive a full refund. *subject to product.

Warranty Liability Limitation:
In no event shall Burton-Ink.co.uk be liable for costs of procurement of substitute products or services, lost profits, or any special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to lost data), however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise, and whether or not Burton-Ink.co.uk has been advised of the possibility of such damage. This limitation shall apply not withstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
